Sure it will cut Bush out of the $350 million in profits a year from the foreign oil sources he involved in. Sure he is only spending 1 1/4 billion a week on war and making more enemies while protecting his oil, armory, and drug profits.

Now Bill Clinton supports playing with tax payers money with bill 87 which allows them to CONTROL finding alternative power sources with about 4 billion dollars and they get the money and don't have to produce anything according to how the bill is written. Over 4 billion for them to use anyway they think.

. When 4 billion dollars would open 10 trash removal zero emissions power plants and put 20 square miles of buoy wave power stations that would produce on emissions. Probably more that. Bill Clinton is just stalling the efforts of ending the war. Bring our troops home. Build the power plants.
