The only side effect of liquid zeolite is dehydration as heavy metal ions are removed from the body. For that reason, it is essential to be well hydrated when taking liquid zeolite. Drink at least ½ ounce of pure water for every pound you weigh (typically eight or 10 glasses of water a day). Drinks such as coffee, tea, and soda do not count.
