Subject: FERC Instructions for on-line    http://www.bammm.org/LNG_Gas/comments_to_FERC.htm
To: Undisclosed-Recipient@,
I have had so many people asking about sending in comments to FERC this week that I decided to resend these updated instructions that were previously sent out by e-mail this last summer.  Since Mr. Braddock from the Jordan Cove Energy Project announced that they are not going to officially file until April 2nd, individuals or groups can still send in comments up until that time.  Once the Jordan Cove Energy Project officially files the comment period will end and you will then have to sign up to become an intervener, that is, if you wish to intervene.  We will keep you posted when the time comes.

Below are FERC Instructions that I have typed up for:
1) FERC E-filing Registration:
2) How to sign up for FERC E- Subscription:
3) How to Access the FERC E-Library
4) How to Comment on a FERC Filing

Instructions on how to comment on a FERC filing electronically are at the very bottom of this e-mail.  There are several ways to send a comment in to the FERC, however, such as:

1. Postal mail three copies of your letter to:

Magalie R. Salas, Secretary FERC
888 First St., NE, Room 1A, Washington, DC 20426

At the top of the letters, reference Docket Nos. PF06-25-000 and PF06-26-000. Label one letter for the attention of DG2E/G3.

2. Go to the FERC website to upload a document: http://www.ferc.gov - Instructions are listed below

(You have to create an account and follow about 20 steps.  If it gets too complicated, they do have a toll free number you can call for help.... )

or..........

3. Email FERC your comments through Umpqua Water Sheds:

Email your comments to:  gas_comments@ftml.net
Umpqua Water Sheds will upload them to the FERC site for you.
