KNOW WHAT TO SAY & NOT TO SAY

What ever you say is going to be used against you even if you have not been given your rights. 

A friend had a crop growing in the garage and officers came over. They could smell that there was marijuana growing in the garage. 

The person answering the door had a drivers license and an original recommendation and stepped out the door shutting the door behind him. 

The officers asked, if they could come in. 
My friend told the officers, no. 
Since they did not have a search warrant, and he had an original medical marijuana recommendation they could not enter to see if there was any violation.

 

There was another situation where someone was taking care of a home and officers forced their way into the house.

They asked questions and the answers given by the person allowed them to get a warrant  Talk to my attorney.

They called the renter and asked questions while he was driving down the road. Just say, talk to my attorney.

DON'T THINK BY SAY ANYTHING THAT IT WILL HELP YOU. IT WILL HARM YOU.

Any attorney told them not to say anything. It they ask if your a care-giver or you grow, live there, anything, just say YOU CHOSE TO REMAIN SILENCE.
